iconFind a network dentist and more

You’ll pay less when you use a dentist in Aetna’s network. To find a participating dentist near you, visit Aetna’s provider directory. As you begin your search, you’ll be asked to “Select a Plan” from the drop-down list:

  • Choose “DMO®/DNO” to search the DHMO Plan network, or
  • Choose “Dental PPO/PDN with PPO II” to search the PPO Plan network.

Check your claim status and other information by logging in to your Aetna account. You can review Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statement, check if claims have been paid and more.

iconConsidering the DHMO plan?

You’ll need to choose a primary care dentist to coordinate your care. You’ll also need to stay in network, since this plan has no out-of-network benefits. It’s a good idea to confirm your dental provider is in this network before you enroll or receive services. The DHMO network is called the “DMO®/DNO” network. Search this network. Note: If your provider decides not to participate in the DHMO network mid-year, you will not be able to change your plan until the next Annual Enrollment unless you experience a qualifying life event. Check your claim status and other information by logging in to your Aetna account. You can review Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements, check if claims have been paid, and more.
